Made popular back in the 1930’s, this refreshing drink is easy to make. Don’t forget the flamed  lemon peel!

What You’ll Need

  • 2 ounces Gintbt-aviation
  • 1/2 ounce Maraschino Liqueur
  • Dash of Créme de Violette
  • 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice


Fill a shaker with about a cup of ice and add all of the ingredients. Shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and add a flamed lemon peel (you can do this by taking a 1/2 inch lemon peel and waving it briefly above a lighter).
